This is mostly a fast take on Coach Prime and the Colorado fandom around him being temporary until he moves on again - soon.
What I found most interesting were the comments regarding the overall situation of college football losing its regional identity to the $$$ of realignment and television.
This has been discussed at length on 11w during the preseason chaos of realignment.
My question is - Knowing realignment has a tremendous impact on historical rivalry games for many teams, will these games still matter as much 5 years down the road when they just don’t have the impact on the CFP as they once did?
