Did Oregon Intentionally Use 12 Men?

Saw this posted on Reddit -a guy rewatched the final drive and noticed on the second time last play (where Oregon had 12 on field) that it looked like Oregon intentionally added a 12th man.

I can't find a replay that has all the pre-play action so I can't confirm. His claim though, is that Oregon had 11 on the field most of pre-play, and a staffer pushed a 12th man onto the field very shortly before the snap. 12th man was confused and tried to come off the field but staff told him to stay - then the play ensues.

Logic being, Oregon is happy to take a 5 yard penalty for the benefit of having an extra man in secondary on an obvious passing down that chewed 4 seconds off the remaining 10 in the game.

Honestly this would be both infuriating while also an ingenious understanding of the rules of the game and loop hole to exploit.
Can anyone rewatch a full copy and confirm?
