After 21 seasons of writing OSU predictions, I thought of hanging it up this season.  

The last time I wrote this line was 134 days ago, just before the season opener against Akron.  

Then, looking back, I came across this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Mod8PEz71w) embedded in a write up a long time ago of my 3-year old son singing Carmen Ohio.  I had just moved him into his freshman dorm a few days earlier. Watching that video made me decide to give it another spin.

Too many fantastic moments and memories over the last 21 seasons with Ohio State football as the catalyst.  And, the 2024 Buckeyes have the potential to be an amazing next chapter. I'll try my best to write along with it. 

The last time I wrote this line was 134 days ago, also.  You could sense it before the season started.  So many talented, experienced Buckeyes coming back for one more season, and top end transfers added to the mix.  For good measure, throw in an exceptional true freshman wide receiver born exactly one week after my freshman son.

I'm glad I kept going.  I just did the math.  This is my 300th OSU prediction write-up.  I hope to write my 301st prediction next week.
