We’re approaching the one year anniversary of Downs transferring to Ohio State, prophetic that a year after his transfer he will be leading this #1 ranked defense into the national title game.
I remember sitting at the dinner table eating spaghetti when the Hayes Fawcett notification came across my phone. There was zero buzz that Downs was picking Ohio State, that day he was all but locked up to Georgia and then boom, it’s Ohio State. Made me completely stop eating and I threw the whole plate away lol.
