While this season had some disappointment in it and probably not the best accomplishments, could it be argued that this team would be favored over any Ohio State team in history? This team is about to send a record number of players to the draft, and STILL be the favorites next year for the title.

Possible contenders:
- 2002 - This team had talent and was scrappy but I like 2024.
- 2014 - This team could give them a better game than anyone in the playoffs, but the domination of 2024 against the top teams gives the edge to 2024.
-1968 - The skill level and strength of athletes has improve so much, I would be willing to bet even bottom tier teams would be favored over any team from the 60s or 70s.
-2012 - Perfect but without a chance to show it. Still like 2024.
-2019 - Ripped off by Clemson. 

I can't see this team being an underdog to any team of the past.
