As we are throwing around the praise for our assistant coaches, I'm surprised I haven't seen more love for James Laurinaitis, considering the transformation of Cody Simon and the evolution of Sonny Styles.  What James has done with the LB room is absolutely incredible.  Sonny is far from a finished product, but his progress was evident as the season went on.  

He also had a good first recruiting class.  I think the future is bright at LB.  

How does everyone else feel about year 1 under coach JL?
