I've heard a lot about the wonderful jobs many of the coaches did this year, and they deserve it. But I rarely hear Keenan Bailey mentioned.

He has done a fantastic job. When he took over the TE room it was in bad shape. Cade Stover, a converted LB/DE had to play constantly, even when injured, because no one else was ready. It was perhaps the weakest unit on the team.

In the 2 years since, he has turned it around. He has done excellent highschool recruiting. He has pulled in quality starters from the portal. And He has developed players already there to new high levels of performance.

The OSU TE room is now a position of strength. It may very well be one of the strongest TE units in the country.
