Coach Day has done a really good job it seems of hiring good young coaches on the offensive side.  We should have a def. coordinator in a couple of days.  Is the yet to be named person coaching tonight in the SB? (Phil-Clint Hurts whose def line looks great tonight? or KC- Spags would be a dream, but don't see it happening)

-If the person named is not coaching tonight, I wonder why it has taken two weeks....But in Ryan Day I trust

-longshot...There is a guy from Ohio, who has multiple SB ring, experience as a great def coordinator, he's retired, but came out of retirement several times...

Dean Pees- He has two Super Bowl rings and coached the defense of one of the most successful seasons in the history of the NFL. Pees was linebackers coach for the New England Patriots when they won Super Bowl XXXIX in 2005 and the defensive coordinator when the Patriots' only loss came in Super Bowl XLII in 2008.  Plus he has many years of def coordinator experience (under Saban at Toledo and MSU).  HIs "experienced age" would balance out our current staff...I think he's about 72 years old.
