It seems some of us use rankings on both sides of the fence. If we land a top  250 player that's great but if we fail and land a player on the Mendoza line he is also fine but under rated is always mentioned. Rankings are no way close to 100%. However the chances of a bust in the higher tiers are less than players further down the charts. Proof of that is the teams with top recruiting classes are your teams that make the playoffs. Maybe these services should be eliminated or ignored and go by who are coaching staff prefers. Then again many of us on the board know who is better as we watched all these players play and know who is better than who and where they should be ranked.
