Ohio State’s director of player personnel is reportedly headed to Cincinnati.
According to reports by FootballScoop’s John Brice and On3’s Matt Zenitz, Cincinnati is expected to hire Ohio State director of player personnel Zach Grant as its general manager.
Grant joined Ohio State’s staff in February and served as the top assistant to general manager Mark Pantoni in Ohio State’s player personnel department. He was previously the director of player personnel at Western Kentucky and was named FootballScoop’s player personnel director of the year in May in recognition of his work with the Hilltoppers.
He’ll be the first person to be hold the general manager title at Cincinnati, which is creating the position under new head coach Scott Satterfield.
