Disclaimer: I’m not one to be happy when a top recruit decommits and then automatically assume who we replace them with is better. I was bummed for awhile when Raiola opted out of the class.
ON3 recruiting rates Nolan’s as their #1 QB and Raiola as their #4. This is based on production and Noland’s athleticism edge over Raiola. Further, they consider Noland a better fit for the OSU offense. I don’t know how good the ON3 network guys are as talent analysts, but this is their opinion.
