Any sports lawyers and/or NFL experts in the group?  

What if, by mid-August, some more conferences or individual teams decide to cancel the fall football season.  Could seniors on those teams at that point petition the NFL to hold a special supplemental draft?  

And, if so, what would be the draft order?  Or how did it work in TP’s case?
