In another twist maybe the Indians won't be the Guardians after all.  Turns out the Guardians was already spoken for by a professional roller derby team. They have now took legal action against the Indians for infringement. The roller derby team filed for trademark back in 2013. You would think it would of been researched better prior to announcement. Or some sort of deal would have been in place to use the name.
