You want continuity when you see signs of the team trending in the right direction. This team is in a downward spiral and DeShaun Watson isn’t saving them. The GM should either tell Stefanski that he needs to get a new DC, or he can find another place to work. If Stefanski’s loyalty is to the detriment of the team, he needs to go.
