Tua has way too many concussions, and I’m thinking he probably wants to play again. However, I really think the Dolphins should take his helmet for good and inform him that he can no longer play for them due to his number of concussions. 

If Tua doesn’t retire, the Dolphin’s should force his hand for his own safety.
