Hi 11W mods / owners!

I am requesting better search capability for this awesome website. I can use a targeted Google Search for some items using the "site:elevenwarriors.com xxxxxx" format, but it only picks up items in the main post or article, and not the comments. Unfortunately, the site search bar at the top of the page is currently poor at best, and non-functional at worst. 

Is there a way this can please be improved? There have been quite a few times I would like to go back and reference previous comments made under certain articles, only to be foiled by the (lack of) search capabilities. Additionally, a method for searching by username, by date, or by topic/keyword would be ideal.
