while browsing forum topics today, i clicked on something by mistake. what that "something" might have been is uncertain - my wireless mouse is in a death spiral and has a mind of its own.  i ended up on a page entitled

ACCESS DENIED
you are not authorized to access this page

unfortunately i didn't note the actual URL (dope slap).  with some fiddling, i was able to reproduce it once by clicking on someone's name (withheld for now) - but only that one person.

any ideas what this is about?  have i run into ban hammer shrapnel?

(apologies in advance if this is addressed somewhere else ... i rooted around and couldn't find anything.)
