Olympic Gold Medalist Kyle Snyder returned for the Buckeyes after missing their last match, Szerszen continue his strong season, and Men's icers prepare to take on No. 4 Penn State.
Wrestling
Wrestling took to the mats for a highly anticipated matchup with No. 12 Illinois, but the Buckeyes came out victorious 29-18 on the strength of three victories via pin. Kyle Snyder returned after not competing with the team on Jan. 6 against Wisconsin.
Second-ranked Nathan Tomasello notched a major decision victory over fourth-ranked Zane Richards of Illinois.

Kyle Snyder, Kollin Moore (No. 10) and Micah Jordan (No. 5) each got a pin against their Illini opponent.
Men's Volleyball
The Buckeyes took out No. 11 George Mason on Jan. 10 before heading to California to take on No. 5 Stanford on Jan. 13 and 14. These matches resulted in three consecutive victories for the top-ranked Buckeyes, all of which came by virtue of a sweep.

The Bucks extended their win streak to 28 wins in a row after defeating Stanford on Jan. 14, and Nicolas Szerszen continued to make a case for National Player of the Year, as he tallied 40 kills in the 3-game span.

Men's Hockey
Ice hockey won its first matchup against the Arizona State Sun Devils 6-1, including two goals by Nick Schilkey and two assists by Mason Jobst on Jan. 13.

On Jan. 14, the Bucks tied the Sun Devils 2-2 with goals by Kevin Miller and Mason Jobst.

Women's Hockey
Women's icers split a two-game set with Bemidji State over the weekend, taking the first game (Jan. 13) 2-1 behind goals from Rebecca Freiburger and Julianna Iafallo.

The Buckeyes lost the second game 3-1, with their lone goal coming from Dani Sadek.

The team is entering a difficult set against second-ranked Minnesota and will look to make up for their two losses against the Golden Gophers back in October.
Women's Swimming
The Buckeyes took on Cincinnati, Kenyon and Oakland in Cincinnati on Jan. 13 and 14, and certainly came out strong against their three opponents. They set six team records en route to an overall win, including senior Taylor Vargo's 1:03.37 in the 100-meter breaststroke.

The team will take on Michigan State on Jan. 20 before battling against Akron and Pitt in Columbus on Jan. 21.
Track & Field
The Buckeyes produced four winners at the Kentucky Invite on Jan. 14, including a 200-meter dash time of 20.86 seconds for Nick Gray, the fourth-fastest time in the nation.

Gymnastics
The No. 22 women's team bested No. 11 Michigan, Washington and Kent State on Jan. 14 with an overall score of 195.8. The Buckeyes were led by a 39.125-point performance from Alexis Mattern, which placed her third overall.

The men's team began the season in Chicago for the Windy City Invitational, and redshirt senior took home the overall title with a score of 83.4, while sophomores Alec Yoder and Tristan Burke won their respective events.
