With Ohio State set to take on the Maryland Terrapins tomorrow at 4:00 in the annual homecoming game, festivities began this evening as students and alumni alike took part in and observed the Homecoming Parade.
Participants in the parade included the 29-time champion Synchronized Swimming team, the Ohio State club dance team, the homecoming king and queen across all Ohio State regional campuses, and many more.
Elsewhere around campus, the #29 ranked women's volleyball team dropped a five-set thriller to #1 ranked Penn State (25-13, 23-25, 28-30, 25-9, 15-7). The loss drops the Buckeyes to 9-7 overall, while Penn State improves to 14-1. The men's club hockey team was also in action at the Ohio State Ice Rink as they took on Miami (OH).
