A Columbus native, Mobley spent the first few months of his freshman year at Reynoldsburg before moving to Las Vegas in October 2020. Once Mobley graduates from his new high school next year, though, he's set to return to his hometown.
Mobley committed to Ohio State on Oct. 16, 2022, and the elite long-range shooter has maintained top-50 status in the 247Sports composite rankings since then. The 6-foot guard is rated the fifth-best combo guard and the country and was the top player in Nevada before opting to transfer.
Mobley averaged 20.1 points, four points, four assists and two steals per game as a junior at Bishop Gorman.
