After a scoreless performance at Purdue last Thursday night, Ohio State's Keita Bates-Diop bounced back in a big way on Monday night. The sophomore from Normal, Illinois led Ohio State with 22 points as the Buckeyes dropped Penn State 66-46 at the Schottenstein Center to improve to 5-3 in Big Ten conference play.
Thad Matta shook up his lineup, inserting AJ Harris and Daniel Giddens back into the starting rotation and his freshmen-led Buckeyes responded, shooting 46-percent from the floor and distributing the ball efficiently.
The Buckeyes are back in action on Sunday afternoon in Columbus against Maryland.
