The Ohio Basketball Hall of Fame announced 20 inductees as part of its 2019 class including former Buckeyes Scoonie Penn, Dave Sorenson and Jodi Roth Korbas.

Penn led Ohio State to the Final Four in 1999, earning Big Ten Player of the Year honors along the way averaging 16.9 points, 4.3 assists and 1.9 steals.

Over a four-year collegiate career that included two seasons at Boston College, Penn averaged 14.9 points per game.

Sorenson sent Ohio State to the 1968 Final Four via a game-winning shot versus Kentucky. In his three seasons in scarlet and gray, Sorenson averaged 21.1 points and 9.0 rebounds per game and remains one of the more underappreciated players in Buckeye basketball lore.

Roth slots 19th on Ohio State's all-time scoring list with 1,249 points (10.3 ppg) and eighth in career field goal percentage (56.0%). She was an Big Ten honorable mention selection in both 1986 and '87.

The induction ceremony is slated for May 18, 2019 at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Columbus.
