Ohio State opens as a 6.5-point underdog in Friday's game against Iowa State, according to BetOnline.ag.
The No. 11 seed Buckeyes are taking on the No. 6 seed Cyclones in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Iowa State is coming off of a Big 12 Tournament Championship run in which they topped three teams currently in the NCAA Tournament field: Baylor, Kansas State and Kansas.
The Cyclones are 23-11 overall, and finished the Big 12 regular season 9-9, putting them in 5th place.
Ohio State, meanwhile, enters the NCAA Tournament 19-14 overall and 8-12 in Big 10 play. The Buckeyes are coming off an NCAA Tournament-clinching victory over Indiana followed by a seven-point loss to Michigan State in the Big Ten Tournament.
