Going into the Big Ten Tournament, there were three teams Ohio State played in the regular season that it did not beat at least once. Ohio State has now beaten all three of those teams in the past three days.
With its wins over Minnesota on Thursday, Purdue on Friday and Michigan on Saturday, Ohio State defeated a trio against which it went a combined 0-4 during the regular season. As a result, the Buckeyes now have at least one win against every team they've played this year.
The Buckeyes lost eight games during the regular season, but all of those losses came against teams they've now played at least twice, and they haven't been swept by any of them.
