Diallo left Ohio State following the 2020-21 season. In his two seasons with the Buckeyes, Diallo appeared in 13 games, totaling a combined 11 points and 19 rebounds in those games.
Ranked as the No. 369 overall recruit – who was targeted late in the 2019 recruiting cycle due to his length and potential to eventually develop into a rim protector, Diallo arrived at Ohio State but was never able to crack the regular rotation.
At San Jose State, Diallo will have three seasons of eligibility remaining after the NCAA gave all players an extra season of eligibility due to the season impacted by COVID-19.
