In Ohio State's first true road contest of the season, the Buckeyes also suffered their first loss, falling 71-65 to Xavier.
"We have to be better in a couple of areas for sure," Ohio State coach Chris Holtmann said.
One of the areas Holtmann stressed in particular was rebounding, as OSU was outrebounded 43-35 on the night.
