After a disappointing first-round exit last year, E.J. Liddell wasn't going to let that happen again.
Liddell had a game-high 16 points as Ohio State, despite losing four out of its last five games entering the contest, defeated Loyola 54-41 in the opening round of the NCAA Tournament Friday in Pittsburgh.
"I didn't want our seniors to go home yet, so I did the best I could," Liddell said after the game.
Hear from Liddell, Chris Holtmann, Malaki Branham and Kyle Young breaking down the victory in the above video.
