Before Wednesday, Ohio State hadn't cracked 56% shooting as a team in any game all season.
In a 34-point win over Maine, the Buckeyes shot 61.2% in their best performance of the season from the field, and the scarlet and gray converted 69% of their field-goal attempts in the final 20 minutes.
Ohio State was one bucket shy of scoring its most points all season as it turned in a fifth drubbing of 20 or more points over mid-major competition at home in 2022.
Five Buckeyes finished in double figures, and freshmen Brice Sensabaugh and Felix Okpara – who met with media members in Wednesday's post-game press conference – combined to score 29 for Ohio State.
