Ohio State's point guard has collected some hardware following the regular season.
Bruce Thornton was named third-team All-Big Ten by the conference's media on Tuesday, the lone Buckeye to make either the first-, second- or third-team list. Thornton was an honorable mention per the league's coaches.

Battle transferred into Ohio State from Minnesota this offseason and has been the Big Ten's best 3-point shooter, hitting a conference-best 44% of his threes with 81 makes from distance, the second-most in the league.
Purdue center Zach Edey took home Big Ten Player of the Year for the second season in a row, pacing the conference in scoring with 24.2 points per game and rebounding with 11.7 per game. Edey added 2.2 blocks per contest, third-most in the Big Ten behind Rutgers center Clifford Omoruyi and Ohio State center Felix Okpara.
