Ohio State leads all programs for the third-consecutive year with nine commits invited to play in this year's U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
Though running back J.K. Dobbins and wide receiver Tyjon Lindsey will sit after suffering season-ending injuries during their respective senior campaigns, quarterback Tate Martell, offensive linemen Josh Myers and Wyatt Davis, defensive linemen Chase Young and Haskell Garrett, linebacker Baron Browning and cornerback Shaun Wade have the opportunity to shine this Sunday in San Antonio.
The aforementioned members of Select '17 join 67 other Buckeyes who have played in the game, each having varying levels of success in the exhibition.

As with any all-star game, players only have a couple chances to make an impact — coaches, of course, want to give each player on the roster a chance to play on the big stage. But the following Ohio State commits made their mark on the U.S. Army All-American Bowl nonetheless.
TED GINN JR - 2004
On the day he formally announced his decision to attend Ohio State, five-star cornerback Ted Ginn Jr. returned a second half kickoff 98 yards for a score to earn the game's Most Valuable Player award.
The speedster from Cleveland Glenville went on to set school records for single season and career punt return touchdowns.
CHRIS "BEANIE" WELLS - 2006
Chris "Beanie" Wells, the top-rated running back in the country, rushed for three touchdowns to earn Most Valuable Player honors in leading the East past the West, 27-16.
He scored on a pair of five-yard runs and another from two yards out and led all players with 67 yards and 13 carries, outshining fellow running backs DeMarco Murray and C.J. Spiller.
TERRELLE PRYOR - 2008
Five-star dual-threat quarterback Terrelle Pryor was named the game's Most Valuable Player after rushing for 79 yards and a touchdown and throwing for 76 yards and another score.
Pryor, who was uncommitted at the time but notably wore a Buckeye Leaf sticker on his helmet, was also named the U.S. Army Player of the Year after leading Jeannette, Pennsylvania, to its first state title.
