Ohio State will send staff to assist Rutgers on June 1 when Chris Ash's Scarlet Knights host a prep football clinic in Piscataway.
The Buckeyes and Knights combined forces for a satellite camp in 2017 in response to Michigan holding one on the campus of New Jersey high school power Paramus Catholic.
The NCAA banned satellite camps last year, while allowing contracts signed before Jan. 18th to play out. This year, FBS coaches and "staff members with football-specific responsibilities" are allowed to participate in camps for 10 days in June and July. The events must be held on campus.
It's currently unknown which coaches and staffers will make the trip to Piscataway. It could, however, clear the way for the return of Greg Schiano to Rutgers' campus for the first time in years.
Other tour stops during the first week of June include:
Ohio State will also have coaches at satellite camps at Grand Valley State (Michigan), Lindenwood (St. Louis) and Texas State this summer. More will certainly be scheduled in the coming weeks.
