Urban Meyer said a few weeks ago Braxton Miller was throwing again and that the Huber Heights product was in the best shape in his life.
We already knew Urban wasn't lying about the two-time Silver Football winner's fitness. While it's never wise to doubt Urban Meyer, it's still good to finally get video confirmation of Braxton throwing the football, even if it's during a routine game of catch with wide receiver Michael Thomas:

This isn't Braxton throwing dart across the middle with a blitzing linebacker barreling down on him... but again, it's good stuff to see from a guy who hasn't played a game since January 2014.
