According to Bill Landis of cleveland.com, Ohio State's 2016 spring game — Urban Meyer's fifth(!) since arriving in Columbus — is set for Saturday, April 16. A lacrosse game vs. Michigan will once again be featured in the Horseshoe before the football team holds its annual scrimmage.
A kickoff time is not yet available.
This year's spring game, of course, set a national record with 99,391 souls in attendance. It remains to be seen if Ohio State fans can top it next year despite the team (likely) not coming off another national championship.
Regardless, the game is likely to feature plenty of new faces at key positions as Ohio State is set to face an NFL draft exodus at the conclusion of the 2015 campaign.
