Urban Meyer and his Ohio State staff, working in league with Chris Ash's Rutgers, appeared at a satellite camp in Teaneck, New Jersey on Wednesday.

Before drills commenced, campers at Fairleigh Dickinson University were treated to a message from Urban Meyer, who used the occasion to shout out Greg Schiano, his new defensive coordinator, as the man who built Rutgers football before pointing out the similarities between New Jersey and Ohio prep football.

Meyer went on to speak about the historic class that just left Ohio State with a 50-4 record and called out one unfortunate camper for not making eye contact while he was speaking. ("If a coach or administrator is talking, look 'em in the eye! You should have learned that a long time ago.")

Meyer's advice to campers: Players selfless players who work hard are the ones that stand out to him. ("You know how many times Tim Tebow lost a sprint? Never.") Selfish players don't get noticed by elite coaches, something that extends to the NFL as well.

Watching this video, it's easy to see why Meyer is so successful.
