In yet another sign the college football season is creeping up, Nike released their 2016 trainers for several programs today, including Ohio State.
The shoes, which retail for $110, feature a scarlet base and heel with a light gray Swoosh and overlay. The midsole is also light gray, featuring a scarlet topline. Ohio State's logo appears on the tongue, while the school's iconic helmet strike shows up on the heel.
The outsole of the shoe features a scarlet and gray camouflage pattern.
Like they did with their “Zero Day” collection, released last August, Nike dropped shoes for several of the marquee football programs they outfit, including Alabama, Oregon, Florida State, LSU and Oklahoma among others.
