Despite a slow start and an hour-plus lightning delay, Ohio State easily dispatched Tulsa, 48-3, on Saturday. Junior H-Back Curtis Samuel was the star of the rain-soaked contest, racking up 140 yards of total offense to help the Buckeyes move to 2-0 on the season.
