Jordan v. LeBron is officially on tap. It sure looks like the Ohio State football team is getting some new cleats inspired by the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar to pit against its greatest rival in the biggest game of the season.
A tweet from College GameDay's Chris Fowler adds another layer of intrigue to what bubbled up earlier in the week, when wide receiver Corey Smith posted a photo on his Instagram page wearing the LeBron Soldier 10s in cleat form. He later deleted the post.
According to Fowler, “select” Ohio State players are set to wear the new kicks against Michigan—a program sponsored by Michael Jordan's Jumpman line—on Saturday during The Game.

The Ohio State Twitter account tweeted a closer look at the shoe moments later:
James and a few of his Cavaliers teammates are set to attend Saturday's game between the Buckeyes and Wolverines before heading to Philadelphia to play the 76ers on Sunday.
Kickoff on Saturday is set for noon.
