People who laughed at the Dallas Cowboys for selecting former Ohio State running back Ezekiel Elliott with the fourth overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft aren't laughing any longer.

Elliott and the Cowboys moved to 12-2 on Sunday Night Football in a victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers fueled by Elliott's career-high 159 yards (and a Salvation Army kettle touchdown celebration jump).

On Tuesday night, the Cowboys announced Zeke earned his first Pro Bowl trip:

Elliott is leading the league in rushing with 1,551 yards and sits only 257 yards in the last two games to tie Eric Dickerson's rookie rushing record.

Zeke also leads NFL MVP betting odds:

Elliott and the Cowboys are next in action next Monday at 8:30 p.m. ET on ESPN when they host the Detroit Lions in a potential NFC playoff matchup preview.

The 2017 Pro Bowl will be played Sunday, Jan. 29th, at 8 p.m. in Orlando, Florida.
