Ohio State smothered USC last night, 24-7, in the Cotton Bowl. It wasn't always pretty, but the Buckeyes never trailed in a game they forced four turnovers.
While the 2017 recruiting class didn't raise much ruckus, it was led by the seasoned J.K. Dobbins on offense and Jeffrey Okudah on defense, both of whom returned to their home state.
Dobbins didn't get as busy as we've come to expect, tallying 39 yards on 13 rushes. Jeffrey Okudah, helping fill the void left the the absence of Denzel Ward, led the defensive effort with superb coverage all night and four tackles.
As it stands, Ohio State will redshirt at least six members of its 2017 class. The full list of season results can be seen below.
