In what feels like a match made in heaven, Joey Bosa and his shrug life are moving to Los Angeles.
The former Ohio State superstar defensive lineman's employer, the Chargers, officially announced their decision to relocate to the City of Angels last week. The PFWA named Bosa and former teammate Ezekiel Elliott Offensive and Defensive Rookies of the Year on Tuesday. That night, Bosa made his first public appearance in Hollywood.
Bosa joined teammate and quarterback Philip Rivers on the set of Jimmy Kimmel Live where the host — and right-hand man Guillermo — swore the two football players in as L.A. residents.
Among the promises Bosa made are to be better than the other pro football franchise in Los Angeles, the Rams, use his Instagram to update his followers on his Soul Cycle classes, pay $7 for juice daily and rescue a Chihuahua and carry it around.
Bosa would not swear to add avocado to everything his eats, however — a man has to have his boundaries.
Bosa, Rivers and the rest of the Chargers open their 2017 season in September.
