Event plus response equals outcome, better known as E+R=O, has been a staple at Ohio State under Urban Meyer.
Tim Kight, the CEO of Focus 3, a leadership group in Columbus, works regularly with Meyer and the rest of the Buckeyes' staff to help build and develop a culture within the program. The thinking is to control responses to events in order to help shape the outcome.
