Ohio State Draft Picks Earn $55.9 Million in NFL Contracts

Former Ohio State cornerback Gareon Conley signed a four-year, $10.5 million contract with the Oakland Raiders on Friday night.

The signing means all seven Buckeyes draft picks are signed heading into training camp. Most importantly, OSU's latest draft class signed contracts worth a combined $55.9 million. 

The breakdown is as follows:

For comparison's sake, Michigan's 11 draftees earned $47.3 million in new contracts.

Former Buckeye punter Cameron Johnston also signed a three-year, $1.7 million undrafted free agent deal with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Linebacker Craig Fada and wide receiver Corey Smith earned training camp invites with the Houston Texans and Cincinnati Bengals, respectively.
