Wisconsin and Oklahoma State both jumped ahead of Ohio State. The Badgers are coming off a 40-6 road victory over BYU. Oklahoma State traveled to Pittsburgh yesterday and throttled the Panthers by a score of 59-21.
It's no surprise, but the Crimson Tide remain the top team in America. Clemson checks in at No. 2 following an impressive road win over Lamar Jackson and Louisville. Oklahoma falls one spot to No. 3.
After a sloppy performance against Air Force, Michigan now checks in at No. 8. Penn State surpasses USC for the No. 4 spot.
