Former Ohio State linebacker Josh Perry has a new home as he looks to continue his NFL career.
The Indianapolis Colts signed Perry to their practice squad on Monday, just over a week after the Los Angeles Chargers waived the former Buckeye with an injury settlement.

Perry, who played for the Buckeyes from 2012-15, recorded 22 tackles in 15 games for the Chargers in his rookie season last year after being selected in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL draft.
Another former Ohio State linebacker, Curtis Grant, also received good news on Monday when he was elevated from the New York Giants' practice squad to their active roster.

Grant, who went undrafted out of Ohio State in 2015, has spent time with six NFL teams but has never played in an NFL regular-season game. Now that he is on the Giants' 53-man roster, that could change. (Update: Grant made his debut with the Giants against the Detroit Lions on Monday night.)
