Quarterback J.T. Barrett accounted for four first-half touchdowns and the Ohio State defense surrendered just 26 yards in the first 30 minutes as the Buckeyes coasted to a 62-14 victory over Maryland on Homecoming at Ohio Stadium.
The Buckeyes did have a couple special teams blunders, which kept the Terrapins close. But the outcome was never in doubt as Ohio State moves to 5-1 overall and 3-0 in the Big Ten.
Ohio State heads to Nebraska next Saturday. Kickoff of FS1 is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
