Drue Chrisman came to Columbus as the No. 2 punter of the 2016 class looking to replace the venerable Cameron Johnston.
After a redshirt season, Chrisman has displayed a talent for bottle-flipping and charity work. Oh, and he can punt a football, too—whenever he gets a chance, which isn't often.
In 2017, Chrisman averaged 43.1 yards off 29 punts with 18 landing inside the 20. He also has yet to surrender a return yard. Wednesday, the Augusta Sports Council named him a semifinalist for the Ray Guy Award, given annually to the nation's top punter.
