Ohio State center Billy Price has been named as one of six semifinalists for this year's edition of the Outland Trophy, which honors college football's best interior lineman.

Price, who set an Ohio State record last week by starting his 51st consecutive game, is the only center among the semifinalists. The other remaining candidates for the Outland Trophy are Oklahoma offensive tackle Orlando Brown, Notre Dame offensive tackle Mike McGlinchey, Notre Dame guard Quenton Nelson, Houston defensive tackle Ed Oliver and Western Michigan offensive tackle Chukwuma Okorafor.

The list of semifinalists will be narrowed to three finalists on Tuesday, while the winner of the award will be announced Dec. 7 at the Home Depot Awards in Atlanta.
