DeVier Posey just added his name to the CFL record book in a big way.
The former Buckeye hauled in a 100-yard touchdown reception from quarterback Ricky Ray to put the Toronto Argonauts on the board in the Grey Cup taking place in Ottawa. The catch was the longest reception in the 109-year history of the Grey Cup, the championship game of the Canadian Football League (CFL fields are 110 yards long, instead of the 100-yard fields used in American football).
Posey, a Cincinnati product who starred at Ohio State under Jim Tressel, is in his second season as an Argonaut after spending two seasons with the NFL's Houston Texans. He had 52 receptions for 744 yards and 7 touchdowns for Toronto this season.
