If you need some motivation on this Sunday night, Ohio State graduate assistant Randall Joyner is here to provide you with some juice.

The above video was tweeted out by Joyner's former college teammate and current UCLA graduate assistant, Jeremy Gray.
While it is unclear when Joyner gave his speech to the team, it likely came during Ohio State's bowl prep for the upcoming Cotton Bowl matchup against USC.
Joyner is in his second season as a defensive graduate assistant with the Buckeyes, after spending the 2015 season on Hawaii's coaching staff in the same position. Joyner played his college football at SMU from 2010-13 as a linebacker.
