Ezekiel Elliott is almost back from the bottom.
He will return to the Dallas Cowboys tomorrow after spending the past six weeks in Mexico with personal trainers, a life coach and NFL Hall of Famer Eric Dickerson.
Elliott, whose suspension became permanent early last month appears to be determined to both learn from his transgressions, become a better citizen and put some space between himself and the rest of the NFL's running backs. His body looks significantly different from how it appeared when he reported for camp in 2017 following a tumultuous offseason:

The Cowboys visit Oakland tonight without the services of their top 2016 draft pick. They'll host the Seahawks on Christmas Eve with Elliott available to play.
